Unitrans Africa Tanzania Kilombero Community Sport’s Day
On the 16th of September 2019, Kilombero Sugar hosted an annual sports day for the Kilombero Community. Running gear, sweatbands and some brilliant footwork was on display as Unitrans Africa Tanzania Kilombero employees participated in all the different sporting events. Several sporting events were hosted on the day including Netball, Golf, Soccer, Volleyball, Tri Athlon and some traditional tug-of-war.
It was an awesome and fun-filled day which enabled the Kilombero community to get to know one another through several wow-moments, laughs and excellent sporting camaraderie. We thank all the organizers of the events and for the sponsors of the day. The prize giving ceremony being a festive and joyful event after all the fun in the sun. We look forward to participating in next year’s edition.
